90 Percent-Plus Units Reserved at Independent

AUSTIN — Interest is high for The Independent, the 58-story, 370-unit tower under construction in downtown Austin.
Constructive Ventures and Aspen Heights, co-developers of the project, have announced that after one week of activity, more than 90 percent of the units have been reserved. Located at the northeast corner of West 3rd Street and West Avenue in downtown Austin, the building will continue to take reservations for its waitlist.
