Only one rendering appeared with the news recently that Austin would get its tallest building yet, the 58-story, 685-foot-tall Independent condominium high-rise in the redevelopment of the Seaholm District, a former industrial area that housed the Seaholm Power Plant and Thomas C. Green Water Treatment Plant.
