Constructive Ventures, Aspen Heights to develop residential project in Texas

Constructive Ventures and Aspen Heights have formed a joint venture to develop a 58-storey condo tower in Austin, Texas.
The tower will rise 685 feet, being the tallest residential building in Austin, and will be located in the west of the Mississippi River at the northeast corner of West 3rd Street and West Avenue.
