The Independent in Austin to be Tallest Condo Tower West of Mississippi

Constructive Ventures announced plans to build the tallest high-rise in Austin, and the tallest residential tower west of the Mississippi. When it is built, The Independent will be 685 feet (209 meters) tall and will be home to 370 condos, which means an array of condo sizes and pricing. Units will range from 675 to 3,485 square feet (63 to 324 square meters), with floor plans featuring one- to three-bedrooms. Units will range in price from the mid-$300,000s to over $3 million.
